Chairman's Message
Helping members is the reason Motor City CU was chartered. So, I’m pleased that we will once again help students pursue a college education. For the seventh year, we are teaming with Motor City Consumers Cooperative to offer five $2,000 scholarships through our Bathanti-D’Agostino Memorial Scholarship
Award program. Students will be selected based on academic performance, merit and service to their
community, as well as completing a 500-word essay.
You’ll find details, the essay topic and an application by clicking here, or ask for an application at any branch. Don’t delay, applications are due by April 1, 2010.
Another part of helping members is exceptional service, and I want to recognize three staff members who provide it. Congratulations to Crystal from our Detroit branch, and Jessica and Sue from Clinton Township, for being named our 4th quarter employees of the month.
